24 Hour Church of Elvis Tee

$ 30.00

The 24 Hour Church of Elvis was one of the quirkiest tourist attractions in Portland for three decades, starting in the mid-1980s. Built into a window of an art gallery called Where's The Art!!, owned by artist Stephanie Pierce, the coin-operated fortune-telling machine offered visitors could the option to "hear a sermon by Elvis, confess their sins, receive the Elvis catechism, get a photo with the King of Rock and Roll," or even get legally married.
