If you would like to exchange or return a product please first send an email to support@503original.com. For an exchange we will have you send the product back to us and we will ship the new exchanged product back to you free of charge. If the product is defective, we will pay for shipping both ways. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you've received a manufacturer defect. Otherwise buyer pays shipping cost for returns and/or new size requests. 

We will have you ship the product back to us (107 SE Washington St, Suite 540, Portland, OR 97214) and you will receive a refund for the products once we receive the package.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.
